4. Right to Refuse.

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Company and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to a Buyer's violation of this Contract or use of the Site.

8. General Information

To purchase from us you must be over 18. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT will be charged on all prices (including carriage) at a rate of 17.5%. Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.
