We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.
Please note, for all shipping methods, we cannot declare a parcel as officially lost until 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date.
Our policy is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it, with the dispatch note and unused, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with packaging and all components, for a full refund within 28 working days.
We will make the refund directly to the Debit/Credit Card or method of payment used to place the original order within 28 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.
You have the right to withdraw from the sale contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal/cancellation period will expire: after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal/cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (by post, email or phone call).
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery when the item was sent to you.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
YOU MUST let us know before you send anything as we might be able to arrange this for you. Unless specified, DO NOT send the good via any other way than 1st/2nd class post (DO NOT USE "signed for", "registered", "next day" or any other courier). Refunds will usually reach your account within 7-14 working days. Timing will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company processes the credit. In some cases, we might send you a cheque for the item(s) returned if the amount has already been processed by our bank.
