Is it possible to look toward foods to improve our mood?  This is what scientists at the School of Medicine at Indiana University have discovered. In fact, they discovered that garlic; dark chocolate and spinach can improve the levels of serotonin in the brain. This can go a long way to reducing feelings of depression and anger. Garlic can be added to many dishes, as can spinach, while dark chocolate is delicious and full of antioxidants.
